Microsoft 365 Copilot requires M365 E3 or E5 licenses plus the Copilot for Microsoft 365 add-on. Dynamics 365 Copilot is included in enterprise D365 licenses but requires proper licensing configuration and admin enablement. Check Microsoft 365 Admin Center → Settings → Org settings → whether Copilot for M365 is provisioned. For D365, verify your Copilot entitlements in the admin center.
