Honest limitations
- Most agents are public preview, not GA — only the Sales Qualification Agent and the core Copilot summarisation/email features are generally available.
- Naming is in flux: Microsoft is converging on a “Sales agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot” that overlaps with today’s D365 Sales Copilot.
- Agents consume usage-based Copilot Credits (Sales Premium includes 1,000 per user/month, pooled at tenant level); regional and language availability varies by feature.
