In D365 Sales, Copilot summarises leads and opportunities, drafts emails and preps for meetings, while a family of agents researches and qualifies pipeline. The Sales Qualification Agent is the only fully autonomous lead-engagement agent at GA today; the rest are public preview.

Natural-language dialog with your sales data, returning answers as text and visualisations.

Researches open opportunities and surfaces emerging risks, stakeholder and competitor intelligence, and mitigation actions.

Sales Close Agent Preview

Engages customers, recommends products, handles objections, and drives simpler deals toward closure.

Summarises leads, opportunities and accounts inline, drafts emails from record context, and builds meeting briefs.
